Summary
I am currently working for a CEO/private collector based in an oil company. Job duties vary between PA tasks, private financial management, office co-ordinator, organizing and managing a large contemporary art collection and new acquisitions and sales. I also deal daily with purchases, shipping, and liaising with clients.
Previous to this I have worked with administration and client services. I have assisted in the planning and execution of events and exhibitions and dealt with inventories.
I have a wide experience and am ambitious. I work well under pressure and with deadlines and am highly organized and have worked with several data bases systems and research tools.
I am looking for a new experience where I can implement my acquired skills I continue to learn new ones

Studies included research methodology, authenticity of objects and object based research. During my studies I was granted a scholarship for my research trip to the United States. I visited curators, collections and records in the Metropolitan Museum (NY), The Charleston Museum (SC) and the Museum of Early Southern Decorative Art in Winston Salem (NC) to conduct research for my final dissertation.

PA duties include general administration tasks, private economic management, diary management, expenses, private and business travel arrangements, document preparation, filing and archiving personal and business records, liaising with insurers, lawyers and financial institutions and also entertaining clients. Collection managerial duties incorporates a large variation of responsibilities caring for a large private contemporary art collection in different locations and includes dealing with galleries and auction houses, negotiating art purchases and sales, framing and organizing and liaising with shippers, taking in new works and dealing with restorers as necessary as well as keeping the catalogue up to date with acquired and de-accessed works. Office supervision has included arrangement of offices, stationary, mail, also training in operations for contracts, invoicing and file management.

Managing the reception area, greeting and assisting clients with queries relating to all aspects of the business, using client and stock record systems, catalogue sales, liaising with departments between specialist and clients, updating records, planning and organizing events, telephone bidding, creating excel sheets, keeping and reporting records to senior management.

Administration and team support such as correspondence management, customer relations and information, overseeing items entered for sale, entering receipts and information into records system, updating and maintaining client records, pre-and post- sale documentation, cataloguing, research and handling stock and consignments.

Tasks consisted of acting as an invigilator, caring for the exhibition on display, greeting and aiding visitors and performing administrative tasks such as mail outs and organizing papers.

Writing, planning and researching for the museum as well as caring for, cataloguing and organizing the physical library collection.
